I know it has been a while since we posted but I just wanted to share something with those of you who make photo books for your travels or life like I do. This adventure was a bit to long and big for a normal photo book, as well I wanted to include all of our blog content, so the price was just going to be outrageously expensive if I did go the photo book route. Instead I chose to do a magazine series of our travels through a company called blurb. The reason I am sharing this is because many who have seen the magazine I made love them and comment on how they would like to do the same. Best part about it all really is that the magazines, for the premium paper I use, never costed over $18! They have templates you can use, or if you're like me you can design everything yourself. There is a lot of freedom, it is a cost effective option (which was important to me) and the quality is excellent. This is not a promotional post I just wanted to share this with everyone! On our last night together in Buenos Aires Frederik surprised me with the best parting gift. This is one of the license plates to our Landcruiser we spent the last 8 months living out of traveling through the Americas. He has shipped the car home to Denmark but now we will both have a piece of it to remember! . . So this concludes our trip. We are both back home, one in Denmark and the other in Canada, and thank you all for joining us on our overlanding journey through the Americas!

It was a long, boring and pretty darn flat road to say the least in order to get to Buenos Aires. It really felt like we were on a road to no where and we were going there as fast as this baby could hold up (so we did not have to constantly keep pulling over because our transmission oil over heated). . . Although it might not have been the most exciting end to our driving portion of the road trip, as there was nothing to see and our nights were spent mainly at gas stations, we had fun none the less. It is indescribable the unforgettable moments we have made on this journey with this car. Yet it is crazy how after all this time, all the amazing places we have been, we can still have fun in a dirty, loud, gas station parking lot.
